This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Geniusflow AI SaaS platform.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Geniusflow AI, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

All subscription orders are processed by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund within the 30-day window:

  • Email support@geniusflow.ai with the email you purchased with and your order details, or
  • Open the billing portal from your account settings and request a refund directly through Stripe.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; the 30-day money-back window applies to the initial purchase.
